Kostanay NPZ operates across multiple oil and gas fields in northern Kazakhstan, producing 26 million tons of crude oil and significant volumes of associated gas annually. We process 21 million tons of hydrocarbons per year and move product exclusively through our pipeline network and rail tank infrastructure — ensuring consistent, large-scale bulk supply to state energy clients, industrial operators, and EAEU export markets. We do not offer small-lot sales; all transactions are conducted on a bulk basis.

Crude Receipt and Pre-Treatment
Incoming crude is sampled and tested. Electrostatic desalting removes salts and water before distillation begins.
Atmospheric Distillation (ADU)
Preheated crude is separated by boiling point into naphtha, kerosene, diesel distillate and atmospheric residue.
Vacuum Distillation (VDU)
Atmospheric residue processed under reduced pressure yields high-value VGO, bitumen feedstock and Mazut M-100.
